2. Registration & Participation

• Registration for any Kyros tournament is open to eligible teams and players within the specified category.

• By registering, schools, teams, or individuals confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

• Kyros reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration that does not meet eligibility requirements or is found to contain false information.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All registration fees must be paid in full before participation is confirmed.

• All payments are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

• This includes withdrawal by teams, disqualification due to misconduct, or inability to attend the tournament.

• Refunds will only be considered in the case of complete event cancellation by Kyros and not in cases of postponement or delay.

4. Event Rules & Conduct

• All participants must comply with the rules and regulations of the tournament as communicated by Kyros before and during the event.

• Unsportsmanlike behavior, misconduct, or violation of tournament rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

• Kyros reserves the right to modify fixtures, schedules, or rules if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of unsuitable weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Kyros reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or modify the tournament schedule to ensure safety and fair play.

• Such changes will not entitle participants to refunds, reimbursements, or compensation of any kind.

6. Liability

• Participation in sports tournaments carries inherent risks. By registering, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Kyros, its organizers, and partners shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.

• Schools and teams are responsible for ensuring their players are medically fit to participate.

7. Media & Promotion

• By participating, teams and players grant Kyros the right to use photographs, videos, and related media content for promotional and marketing purposes without further consent or compensation.

8. Privacy

• Kyros respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments

• Kyros reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
